TAIPEI (TVBS News) — The Calling Fest (呼叫音樂節) unveiled its star-studded lineup on Tuesday (Aug. 5), featuring acclaimed Taiwanese artists including Accusefive (告五人), Cheer Chen (陳綺貞), and Waa Wei (魏如萱). The highly anticipated music festival will showcase seven prominent acts, including Your Woman Sleep with Others (老王樂隊), Sweet John (甜約翰), VH, and I Mean Us. The November 1 event will transform New Taipei City's Metropolitan Park (新北大都會公園) into Taiwan's premier music destination.

Accusefive previously toured with The Calling Fest during their early career, acknowledging the festival as a crucial milestone in their artistic development and expressing enthusiasm about rejoining the revived event. The band recently achieved historic recognition as the youngest Mandarin-language artists to headline Kaohsiung National Stadium (高雄國家體育場). Their fourth album "The Dreamers" (我們就像那些要命的傻瓜), recorded at London's legendary Abbey Road Studios, generated such overwhelming demand that tour tickets sold out rapidly.

Your Woman Sleep with Others represents another highly anticipated act generating significant fan excitement for the festival lineup. The band achieved remarkable digital success, accumulating over 33 million YouTube views with their breakthrough single "Teens Edge" (我還年輕 我還年輕) from their debut album. Their upcoming 2025 release promises to ignite widespread discussion among Taiwan's music enthusiasts and critics alike. ◼
